I have 15 years of experience designing exercises and workout plans that re-think fitness as many know it today. I've studied the muscular dynamics of the human body and challenged myself to develop exercises that yield the most effective results as efficiently as possible. In addition, I've developed a strong nutritional foundation and a clear understanding that exercise and nutrition are not mutually exclusive. I am a nationally certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, CrossFit Certified, TRX Certified, and CPR certified with American Red Cross. I train at Diakadi in San Francisco. Diakadi is a one-of-a-kind facility, dedicated to independent personal trainers and their clients. This unique health and wellness center challenges personal trainers and clients alike to achieve a higher level of fitness and take a new and progressive approach to exercise
